The St. Damien Hospital
A support project after the Haiti earthquake
Aiming to lower the high rates of maternal and infant mortality and improve the state of disrepair caused by the earthquake that devastated the city in 2009, UMBRAGROUP supplied a channeling system for medical gases in the new maternity ward at the St. Damien Hospital in Haiti at a cost of 90,000 Euro. The project was run in cooperation with La Gomena ONLUS.
