UMBRAGROUP BIGGER THAN EVER

The multinational continues to grow, this time within the boundaries of the Region of Umbria. On October 8^th the agreement was signed for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of AMCo srl, formerly the strategic supplier of the Foligno giant, also located in Foligno, in the Locality of Paciana.

After the American expansion of last March, UMBRAGROUP is thus now focusing on its local territory, incorporating a company already specialized in precision machining in the aeronautics field, in particular in the turning and milling of secondary components and high-tech systems.

AMCo, created on January 1, 2007 by acquisition of the previous company Air Assembly S.a.s., is a solid, dynamic organization, which has grown with time according to the values of the Group: the focus on people. Today it covers a production area of 2000 m², employs 60 persons, and boasts a 2018 turnover of over € 6 million.

This constant growth has been supported by continuous investments in training, quality, and technological innovation.

“This operation, shared with President Antonello Marcucci,” explains Managing Director Antonio Baldaccini, “is part of the Group’s development plan in the aerospace & defense sector and creates the bases for offering our customers greater technological solutions.”
